Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • 50% Deposit is required to guarantee booking if arrival date is more than 30 days.
  • Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% Full Payment is due if arrival is less than 30 days.
  • Foreign currency exchange charges may apply depending on your bank.
  • Any booking cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date receives a refund on deposit made, less 5% processing fee.
  • Any booking cancelled 16-29 days prior to arrival date receives a 50% refund on deposit made, less 5% processing fee.
  • Any booking cancelled less than 15 days of arrival is non-refundable.

    What are the available departure times?

    Our departure times are flexible and can be customized to your schedule. When making a direct booking or booking request, you’ll select a preferred pick-up time range:

    • 9AM-10AM, 10AM-11AM, 11AM-12PM, 12PM-1PM, 1PM-2PM, 2PM-3PM, 3PM-4PM, 4PM-5PM, 5PM-6PM, 6PM-7PM

    If you want a more specific time, you can tell us in the “Additional Details” section on the booking form. For airport pick-ups, you can also include your flight information and arrival time. 

    Safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions make it unsafe to travel, we will work with you to reschedule the trip or issue a refund.

    Faster Travel Times

    Our private water taxi departs from a marina in Vista Del Mar, which is just a 5-minute complimentary shuttle ride from the International Airport. This is much closer to the islands than the public terminals in Belize City, meaning our boat ride is shorter — approximately 60-70 minutes to San Pedro and 30-40 minutes to Caye Caulker, depending on sea conditions.
